At Empyra™ Hair Extensions, every order is prepared with precision, care, and quality control to ensure it meets our luxury standards.
Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions and custom handling of our products, we maintain a strict return policy to protect the integrity of our brand and the safety of our clients.
All Sales Final
All sales are final once an order has been delivered.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
• Opened or used products
• Installed, worn, brushed, colored, cut, or altered hair
• Items without original packaging and security seals
For hygiene and quality-assurance reasons, once hair has left our facility, it cannot be resold.
Eligible Returns
Returns are only accepted in the rare event that:
• You received the incorrect item, or
• Your order arrived defective or damaged
To qualify, all items must be:
• Unused, unaltered, and unworn
• n original packaging with all seals intact
• Reported within 48 hours of delivery
Any claim submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery will not be eligible.
How to Submit a Claim
Please email our Client Care team at:
Include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos and/or video of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, our team will provide return authorization if your claim is approved.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Approved Returns & Resolutions
If your return is approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
• Replacement of the item
• Store credit
• Refund to the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the error occurred on our end.
Final Notes
Empyra™ Hair Extensions reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.
